Stories from the Chamizal

The UTEP Institute of Oral History (IOH) and the Chamizal Library collaborated for their project, the Stories from the Chamizal during Spring 2026.  Dr. Yolanda Chavez Leyva's graduate public history class and the IOH conducted oral histories with patrons of the library and Chamizal residents to record a rich history found in our collection.
